Course content includes:

  • Planning a journey and identifying alternative routes
  • Demonstration of procedures for a wheel change in the event of a punctured tyre
  • Identification of the risks of driving alone in the driving environment together with the principles of Defensive Driving
  • Discouraging unwelcome attention in the driving environment together with ‘hands-on’ practical driving assessment and training
 

Who should attend?

Those persons who perhaps drive alone on a regular basis for work, or employees who are considered more vulnerable and may need extra support in order to do the job to the best of their ability.

What will they learn?

How to be more aware in their everyday driving environments, and to maintain their own personal safety by adopting logical, easy to follow instructions.

Held on a client´s premises this one-day course allows employers to actively increase the safety and security of their employees, which in turn can boost confidence, morale and productivity.
